Vinnie, founder of Hair Cottage, loves the Giants! So much so, that he hired a muralist to paint a life-size game of the Giants and Jets playing each other on the wall that separates Vinnie and Patsy’s stations. During football season, you can’t stop this Sicilian duo from vocalizing their feelings about the other’s team. And of course, they love when customers join in on the fun!
Patsy, named 2011 “Ultimate Jet’s Fan”, definitely lives up to his title. Besides cutting hair like a pro, Patsy’s talent is seen all over The Hair Cottage. With his artistic background, and soft demeanor he makes every child, from their first haircut to their most recent, feel like they’re at home and secure. Shelves of painted football fields and Jet’s figurines line his barber’s station. It’s truly a sight to see; however, it doesn’t make his brother Vinnie very happy.
